The “Juyondai” is a popular brand that is difficult to obtain from Takagi Sake Brewery, which was founded in the first year of Genna (1615) and has been making the highest quality sake for about 390 years.

ABV.15%, YAMAGATA / MEDIUM DRY
Juyondai Ryusen, highest grade Junmai Daiginjo of Juyondai series is the amazingly high quality sake being produced by Takagi Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. This medium-sweet NV Juyondai Ryusen Junmai Daiginjo is elegant and light but with great complexity.

“MUROKA” 1.8L
ABV.15%, YAMAGATA / MEDIUM DRY
Muroka (無濾過) in sake terminology means “unfiltered.” A rich and elegant sake with fragrant melon and pear aromas, balanced umami and acidity on a smooth, unfiltered body, finishing clean and subtly sweet.

ABV.16%, YAMAGATA / MEDIUM DRY
Elegant and slightly sweet, with delicate aromas of melon, green apple, and white flowers. The palate is soft and creamy with gentle umami, a smooth texture, and a clean, graceful finish.

Fruity and aromatic, with a clarity reminiscent of ginjo or daiginjo sake. It has a clean finish, yet retains a deep, satisfying umami flavour.
